Dr. Ivana Rich has become the first African American female to lead the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in Edward Waters 155 year history. She has been named as their schools Associate Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. The announcement of Dr. Rich as the new AD is a historic milestone for the college as she arrives after a seven-year stint at NCAA Division I and Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference member Norfolk State University, serving in a number of roles within the Athletic Department.
