An NAACP Image Award-winning actress, Cassi Davis Patton stars on the hit comedy series "Tyler Perry's House of Payne," which is back with season 8 beginning May 25th, airing Tuesday nights on BET.

Cassi Davis Patton Bio (Also attached) Born in Holly Springs, Mississippi, Cassi Davis Patton’s’ acting career began in 1988 with her role in the Spike Lee film, School Daze. Her early television credits include appearances on Married...with Children, Kenan & Kel, and Boycott. Her television credits include Tyler Perry’s award-winning series House of Payne, Living Single, Chicago Hope and of course the “Hud Woman” in the claymation show The PJ’s with Eddie Murphy. She has worked extensively over the years with Tyler Perry on his stage plays, and movie projects. Her film credits include: School Daze, Boycott, Daddy’s Little Girls, Madea’s Big Happy Family, Boo! A Madea Halloween, and Boo 2! A Madea Halloween. Her theatre credits include: Barefoot In The Park, Madea Goes To Jail, What’s Done In The Dark, Aunt Bam’s Place, Madea’s Neighbors From Hell, Madea On The Run and finally Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Farewell Tour. Davis Patton attended Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and majored in music.
